I went to this osteopathy clinic in Bromley after suffering from excruciating neck and arm pain for 10 days, with severe discomfort spreading through my upper back and shoulder. A friend gave me Dr. Datler's contact details, and after my experience, I could not wait to thank her for the recommendation. I am genuinely amazed by his professionalism and skill.
The moment I explained my neck and arm pain, he immediately understood exactly what I was describing and identified the root cause straight away. His anatomical knowledge was incredibly impressive. He even showed me detailed images of the body to explain how the muscles, nerves, and joints were functioning, and what was causing the referred pain in my neck, upper back and down the arm. For the first time, I truly understood what was happening to my body.
He then carried out a combination of massage therapy and acupuncture treatment. I had never tried acupuncture before and was extremely anxious, but his calm, reassuring manner immediately put me at ease. Every step of the treatment was explained carefully beforehand, including any referred pain or sensations I might experience during the session. He answered all of my questions patiently and made me feel completely safe and comfortable throughout.
He also gave me targeted exercises and therapies to continue at home, which are already helping my mobility and neck pain significantly. Throughout the entire process, he has shown exceptional care, professionalism and dedication as an osteopath.
I am honestly so impressed by his expertise that I am already looking forward to my appointment next week. I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone suffering from chronic pain, neck pain, arm pain, upper back tension, or musculoskeletal issues.
